why i love her
I found her while searching through Apple Music, and then found out Primavera Sound had her as a small artist (not on the official lineup). I really like Primavera Sound's music taste.
Her music is perfect for a cunty, meditative vibe. "Prayer Hips" makes me immediately feel giddy but also grounded.
The second song I would suggest is "Body Godly" to continue the spiritual, cunty vibe. I immediately start swaying my body and feel at peace while listening, but also inspired and powerful as a woman.
The album I would start with is Strange Serenity, which opens with an absolute banger, "Prayer Hips," and sets the mood for the whole album. If I really need to get into a good state of mind, I'll sit on the floor on my dog's bed, with my legs crossed and my arms out and upright, and lightly meditate to this album.
It gets experimental with "Fresh Kuretake," and I absolutely love that she made a whole song about wanting so badly to draw someone. It's very passionate. My next favorite is "Sxxy Tea Fantasy," which has me imagining drinking mushroom tea somewhere in a fairy forest and being one with nature while also still being me.
